Palette & Pine is located on the Central Coast of California in Grover Beach. Currently, rental items and custom signage is available from Santa Barbara to Paso Robles and everywhere in between. If you're outside of that area but are still interested in using P&P for signage, please contact me. I'm sure we can make an arrangement!

Renting signs and other items saves you from the hassle of needing to store or dispose of the items after your event. Simply contact me using the contact form and let me know what items you are interested in. You will then receive an email from hello@paletteandpine.com with a detailed invoice and contract. If there are any issues or conflicts with your curated items (such as availability), I will let you know at the time the Invoice is sent.

Rental items, as well as any bins or boxes used for transportation/delivery, should be returned in the condition they were in at the time of delivery/pick-up. In the event they are not, the client is responsible to pay the cost to repair or replace the damaged or lost item(s).

Absolutely! Delivery is currently offered from Santa Barbara to Paso Robles. By default, I deliver on the morning of wedding day and pick up the following day. If your venue requires same-day pickup after the wedding has ended, a surcharge will be added for late night pickup.

▹  A deposit of 20% is due upon acceptance of the proposal.

▹  The balance is due 7 calendar days prior to the date of your event.

▹  California sales tax is applicable to all goods. (Rentals, delivery, set-up, and pick-up, if applicable, are excluded from being charged sales tax.)

Until you return the signed proposal/contract, you are not locked into any items or terms. Once the contract is signed, should your event be canceled and Palette & Pine’s services are no longer needed, payment shall be rendered based on the following schedule:

▹  90 days+ prior: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited, remaining 50% will be returned to client in the same manner it was paid to Palette & Pine. (Or 50% of the deposit will be owed if payment has not yet been made.)

▹  Within 31-89 days of event: the entire deposit will be forfeited.

▹  Within 8-30 days of event: 50% of the total invoice will be owed.

▹  Within 7 days of event: 100% of the total will be due in full.
